Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

If you ordered the wrong size, we recommend requesting an exchange instead of a return.
ICONIC Slides feature an adjustable strap designed to accommodate a range of foot widths, but if you need a different size we will help arrange an exchange if inventory is available.

ICONIC Slides feature an adjustable strap designed to accommodate narrow to wide feet.
If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for maximum comfort.
To reduce unnecessary returns, we recommend reviewing the size information carefully before placing your order.
Returned items must be in new, unworn condition.
To be eligible for a return, slides must:
⢠show no dirt or wear on the soles
⢠be free of damage
⢠include the original zipper bag
⢠include the strap air inserts
Returns that show wear or are missing packaging may not be accepted.
We recommend trying your slides indoors on a clean surface before wearing them outside.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
An item is considered incorrect if:

To help prevent fraud and return misuse, we reserve the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 10% for returned items requiring additional inspection, repackaging, or processing.
This policy helps us maintain fair pricing for all customers.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 3ā5 business days after the return is received for processing.
